Days after actor Bhumi Pednekar tested negative for the coronavirus, she has launched a new initiative to help those in need during these difficult times. Bhumi called herself a Covid warrior and said while India deals with the second wave of the virus, she will “identify resources that will facilitate the facilitation and access to medical care, plasma requests and donors”.
She added in the post: “While I try my best to verify the numbers / contacts that are being given to me rampantly on a daily basis, there may be some numbers that may turn out to be fake. If you find any information here that is not helpful / incorrect, please let me know and I will remove it immediately. “She also wrote:” This initiative is my small contribution to the great struggle that lies ahead. Please be patient and don’t lose hope! We are in it together. “

As we move towards the second wave of COVID-19 across India, I created a highlight where I will identify myself for the convenience and access to plasma inquiries and medical care donors.
While I try my best to check the numbers / contacts that are given to me daily and rampantly, there may be some numbers that may turn out to be fake. If you find any information here that is not helpful / incorrect, please let me know and I will remove it immediately.
This initiative is my small contribution to the great struggle that lies ahead.
Please be patient and don’t lose hope! We are related.
Much love, Bhumi. “
“I urge my followers to contact me only if there is a real need. Please provide correct information about your requirements.
Full name, age, city, hospital, blood type, comorbidities (if any) and contact details.
Please don’t send random messages as the traffic is too big and I don’t want to miss a real call for help.
Please also inform me as soon as your requirement is met.
Much love, Bhumi. “
Bhumi had tested positive for the coronavirus earlier this month. She had shared her diagnosis with fans via a social media post, asking them to take the second wave of the virus seriously.
Bhumi was filming Mr. Lele for Shashank Khaitan’s director when she was diagnosed with coronavirus. Her co-star Vicky Kaushal had also tested positive for Covid-19.
