Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc. announced on Friday that the company will offset all greenhouse gas emissions from it BTC Mining through a portfolio of fully accredited offset loans this summer.
In addition, Greenidge is researching alternative green energy sources and other locations across the country that have good reputations for the environment. The company noted that Greenidge was also at the Regional greenhouse gas initiative (RGGI). The RGGI program enables states to participate in CO2 certificates through auctions and performance programs for renewable energies.
