Apple spent a year telling the world, the court, and the press that they would “welcome Epic’s return to the world. Appstore when they agree to play by the same rules as everyone else. Epic agreed, and now Apple has given up yet another abuse of its monopoly power by billions of users, “Sweeney tweeted.
Apple declined to comment.

The epic is Appeal against the decision.
Epic alleged that Apple defrauded app makers by charging between 15% and 30% commissions on in-app transactions for banning other options on its iPhone, iPad and iPod.
When Epic tried to collect commissions with an alternative payment system in. to bypass Fourteen days last august, Apple ousted him from the App Store in an attempt to instigate a legal confrontation that could force him to cut his fees. But Apple has insisted that the commissions are a reasonable toll paid by a minority of its store’s 1.8 million apps to cover the more than $ 100 billion it has invested in mobile software.
