Following that incident, many petitions have been filed in Kerala Supreme Court demanding a ban on the magazine, claiming that the magazine’s cover violated the provisions of protecting children from sex crimes. The State Child Rights Commission also filed a complaint against her, but the court rejected all petitions, stating that obscenity is in the spectator’s crotch.
