The Vivo X60 Pro + smartphone was launched in China. The front of the device is similar to the recently introduced Samsung Galaxy S21 series. The company’s latest device features Qualcomm’s premium Snapdragon 888 processor and supports 55W fast charging. The newly launched Vivo X60 Pro + costs CNY 4,998, which is around Rs 56,500 in India. For the same price, the brand will sell the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option.
The top-end storage model with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB costs 5,998 CNY (approx. 67,800 Rs). It is sold in classic orange and dark blue colors. Interested buyers can pre-book the device through Vivo’s China Store and other online retailers such as JD, Suning and Tmall. There is currently no word on the launch of the Vivo X60 Pro + in India.
The specifications of the Vivo X60 Pro + are with a 6.56-inch Full HD + AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, an aspect ratio of 19.8: 9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 92 , 7 percent equipped. It offers support for HDR10 + and coverage of the NTSC color space of 103 percent. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with the support of the Adreno 660 GPU, up to 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The Vivo X60 Pro + is shipped with OriginOS 1.0 based on Android 11. The Vivo X60 Pro + has a quad rear camera setup for photo sessions. It contains a 50-megapixel primary sensor with a 1: 1.57 lens, a 48-megapixel camera for ultra-wide-angle and macro shots, and a 32-megapixel portrait shooter with a f / 2.08 aperture. It is paired with an 8 megapixel periscope camera with an aperture of f / 3.4. There is a 32-megapixel sensor with a f / 2.45 lens on the front. The selfie camera is housed in a central hole punch.
The company installed a 4,200 mAh battery in the phone. It has support for 55W fast charging. In terms of connectivity, the new Vivo phone supports 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS and a USB Type-C port. On-board sensors include a gravity sensor, a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor, a gyroscope, and an e-compass. Users also get a built-in fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.
