Mahesh Shetty started an acting career with a television series in 2008. He first appeared on screen with Star Plue’s series Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil. He played the role of Nihaal Balaraj Maan along with stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande.
Mahesh then worked in well-known television series such as Ghar Ek Sapna (2009), Pyaar Ka Bandhan (2010) and Kesariya Balam Aavo Hamare Desh (2010). He then played the popular role as Abhay Diwan in Sahara One’s TV series ‘Parichay’.
Mahesh gained enormous acclaim for the role of Jayant Rane in the daily soap Pavitra Rishta. He also starred in Sony TV’s “Bade Achhee Lagte Hain” series. Mahesh played a major role from Siddhant Jayesh Karekar along with stars Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar.
