While on Ashley Graham’s Pretty Big Deal podcast with her twin sister Brie, Nikki insisted that she will continue to be open and honest about her experience.
“I’ve found that as mothers we don’t talk about it enough because I think we feel like everyone automatically thinks we hate our baby when we say we have postpartum depression, which is not at all is. ‘It’s totally the struggle within yourself, in your partner [or] better half. Especially for career women, I think. ‘

Nikki went on to explain, “We start from these great careers and then here we are. And then I look in the mirror and I think that in the spotlight we have so much pressure to get back to where we were in a very short time. ‘

Nikki added, “It messes you up. Someone said the other day, “Gosh, it’s still big!” and i was like ‘excuse me?’
At least the sisters have each other for unconditional support, and Brie has even stopped Nikki from facing this rude person.
But that’s not all! Nikki Bella also announced that she is currently receiving a lot of help from a life coach too!
According to her, she lets Nikki grab the parts of her body that she doesn’t like at this point and tells her to thank them for making her son and protecting him during pregnancy.
