Roadies Revolution candidate Saqib Khan has decided to quit showbiz for religious reasons. On Instagram, the Kashmiri-born actor shared how he went astray and had no peace in life, which led to his surrender to the Almighty.
In a long note, Saqib Khan informed his followers that he would no longer do any modeling or acting. He also said that his decision had nothing to do with work as he had some good projects in hand. For him, God had other plans that Saqib believes are for the better. “Asalamalikum Brothers & Sisters. Hope you all are fine. Today’s post is on the announcement as I am leaving SHOWBIZZ. So I won’t do any more modeling and acting in the future. Aisa nahi hai ki kaam nahi the mere paas or I’ve given up !! I had good projects in line. Bus Allah ki marzi nahi thi. Zarur kuch achaa aur behtar Allah ne soncha hoga mere liye. Insha Allah, ”he wrote.
Saqib went on to say that although it has been an uphill battle in Mumbai, he is proud that he could achieve fame and fan base in a year. However, he believes that all of this is for worldly benefit as he has gained nothing for his afterlife. When explaining his decision to let go of showbiz, he added, “In short, I went astray (Gumrah) and went against my tenants of Islam. I used to offer namaz but something was missing and that was Sukoon and my accountability to Allah. So now I totally surrender to Allah SWT. Wo Sukoon jiski mujhe talaash thi wo toh just samnay tha, meri kitaab mai (our holy book, i.e. Koran). “

As far as I have seen the fight in Mumbai, it is very difficult to survive, but I can proudly say that I have achieved a good celebrity and fan base within a short year. But wo toh duniya k lye aur aakhirat (afterlife) k lye toh kuch bhi nahi.

There is the phrase “100 chuhay kha k billi Haj ko challi” (cat who goes on a pilgrimage after eating 100 mice). But you kisi ka Haj qubool nai hota. Allah says: Verily, He is one who forgives (accepts repentance), Most Merciful. In numerous verses of the Koran, Allah describes himself as extremely generous, compassionate and forgiving towards his creations. … despair not from the mercy of Allah; for Allah forgives all sins; for He is Forgiving, Merciful.

Saqib Khan immediately attracted attention when he spoke about changing the image of Kashmiris at the MTV Roadies audition. A lawyer by profession, he impressed host Rannvijay Singh and gangleader when he announced that he was a Kashmiri but not a stone fur. With a well-built physique and determination, Saqib managed to win the audition and was selected for the trip. He was selected to join Prince Narula’s gang but was voted out of the first elimination when other candidates accused him of being overly confident.
Former Dangal actor Zaira Wasim and Bigg Boss 6’s famous Sana Khan also chose to step away from the spotlight for religious reasons.
