Xiaomi only recently launched its flagship Wed 11 in China and now reports are surfacing that the company will soon release Mi 11 Pro. A report by a Chinese portal based on photos of the Mi 11 Pro published on WeiboSays the Pro version will come in blue and silver color options. Although it is a successor version of the Mi 11 flagship, the Pro smartphone will look very different from its predecessor, especially in the camera layout department.
According to the report, the Mi 11 Pro will have a massive rear camera, including a periscope lens. There’s also the 120x zoom feature offered in the device’s leaked renders. According to the report, there will be four cameras stating that the ultra-wide angle lens will have a focal length of 12mm (35mm). In contrast, the periscope lens is set to 120 mm. The third lens should exactly match the Mi 11’s 108 MP sensor. Finally, the fourth camera could be a 2x or 3x telephoto lens for a smoother zooming action.
However, the appearance of the Mi 11 Pro and the position of the front camera exactly match that of the recently introduced Mi 11.
With a 4600 mAh battery, the Mi 11 has a curved 6.81-inch AMOLED quad-dot display panel and a resolution of WQHD + 3200 × 1440. With a maximum brightness of 1500 nits, the Mi 11 supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and 480 Hz touch sampling rate In addition to the 108 MP 8K main camera with a large 1 / 1.33 inch image sensor, the rear camera setup has an ultra 123 degree wide angle and 50 mm macro telephoto lenses.
The latest device also runs on the recently released MIUI 12.5. It is available in the variants Midnight Gray, Horizon Blue, Frost White, Lilac Purple and Honey Beige.
