The day after superstar Vijay made waves in Tamil Nadu, he quietly flew to Georgia to begin filming on his upcoming film, tentatively titled Thalapathy 65. A picture of him standing at the airport for a security check on Wednesday goes viral on social media. One of the travelers at the airport spotted Vijay and clicked on pictures of him.
Vijay made sensational headlines Tuesday after making quite a performance at a polling station in Chennai. He rode his bike from his home to the polling station in Neelankarai and a swarm of fans followed him on bikes. Soon it was interpreted by many as Vijay’s comment on rising fuel prices. And there was also discussion about the meaning of the color of his bike, which was a combination of red and black.

However, Vijay’s team has rejected all speculation, claiming that there was no political motivation behind him to ride a bike. “There’s only one reason Thalapathy Vijay came by bike to cast his vote. The booth is on the street behind his house. It’s a narrow street and it would be difficult to get the car there. There’s no other reason for it, ”said Vijay’s team.
Last month, Thalapathy 65 was introduced with a standard pooja at Sun TV studios in Chennai. The film was written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. And Pooja Hegde plays the leading female role. The film is expected to be shown in theaters during the next Pongal holidays.
